Our Culinary Journey

About Us

Rincón de Pepe was founded in 2014 by Pepe, inspired by a simple yet heartfelt dream: to create a place that would take him back to his roots and allow him to share what he missed most — long

conversations around the table, the joy of sharing tapas, and meaningful moments with family and

friends.

From the beginning, Rincón de Pepe was conceived as more than just a restaurant. It was meant to feel like home — a welcoming space where food brings people together and every visit feels personal.

In 2020, the restaurant passed into the hands of his cousin Stella, who, together with Paolo, lovingly

continued this vision. They preserved Rincón de Pepe as a warm meeting place — somewhere to

reconnect with loved ones or strike up new friendships over great food and good company.

Throughout 2025, a thoughtful year-long transition honoured Pepe’s legacy, ensuring that the spirit of

Rincón de Pepe was entrusted with care to its new partners, Adrian and Tom.

While neither Adrian nor Tom are Spanish, their connection to Spanish cuisine is grounded in deep

respect, professional training, and genuine passion. Adrian trained as a chef in Argentina, while Tom honed his skills in England, bringing together strong culinary foundations and a shared belief in honest, flavour-led cooking.

Today, Rincón de Pepe remains true to its origins — a place to share, connect, and create

unforgettable moments around the table.
