Refund Policy

Deposits for tables of 10+

  • A deposit is required for bookings of more than 10 guests.

  • Deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show.

Gift vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or expired vouchers cannot be replaced.
